Brutus Automated Tool has the capabilities to run 3/16 diameter tubing up to 1 1/2 diameter tubing. Provide over 900 different types of end treatments on low carbon steel, stainless steel and plastic tubing be it automotive grade or structural steel applications.

FOR END FORMER DESIGN CONTACT:

Brutus has CNC bending capability where we program in XYZ cordinates off the customer provided prints to form the tubes and we use one to one drawings, gage fixtures and or CMM machine information for verifying parts to print conditions.

FOR MACHINE FABRICATION, CNC TUBE BENDING
AND PROTOTYPE CONTACT:

We work with the estimating staff and the project manager of the programs to determine if a dedicated machine is needed or if the parts can be ran on a CNC type machine based on the volume of production required on an annual basis. If it is determined a dedicated machine is required we then design and build the equipment needed to meet and exceed the customers expectations.

As you can see by this video clip we can as well take a raw part through various operations and numerous machines within a work cell to make it a complete part with very little labor content. Multiple operations can be achieved with minimal material handling and labor cost involved in getting a product from start to finish by integrating the machines required for processing.

Working closely with the customer to determine what is needed, dedicated benders are designed and built to support production needs on an annual basis. Once a concept is agreed upon, the build begins from the ground up with the end result being various short runs on our floor and a customer sign off on the machine before it is shipped to the customer or leaves our facility to run the annual volumes.
